Michelle Galvin created Galvin Design Studio in 2006 with the goal of providing full service Interior Design for all budgets and project types. She is an award-winning designer with over 25 years of experience and has a ability to visualize the possibilities of any space and to listen to what a client’s vision is. Michelle has a great sense of style, which combined with her willingness to ask questions, push the boundaries, translates to unique and beautiful designs.

Prior to founding Galvin Design Studio, she worked for architectural firms in Lincoln and Omaha, NE. Her first job out of college allowed her to work with government and the State of SD specifying and procuring commercial furniture. These valuable years helped develop her love for working with architects, builders and clients and deepened her understanding of the vital role an interior designer plays in the design team to create successful projects. In addition to commercial design, Michelle has experience designing residential interiors from new home construction to kitchen & bathroom remodels.  As Principal Designer, Michelle oversees each project to ensure the design reflects the wishes of the client and incorporates the design quality of Galvin Design Studio.

Michelle lives in Omaha, Nebraska. She enjoys traveling, hiking, yoga, scuba diving and watching her children play sports.
