University of Nebraska at Omaha – Biomechanics Research Facility

This state-of-the-art research building is the only stand-alone building in the world dedicated entirely to biomechanics research, & is the only stand-alone building dedicated to clinical research of any kind on the UNO campus.

Phase I included 23,000 sq. ft, including a three-dimensional video/mobile track & pressure-sensitive balance plate, many of which are being submitted for patents or commercial use.

Phase II added 34,000 sq. ft. of critical space for research, machining, prototyping & education.

We were responsible for specifying over one million dollars FF & E for both Phases, formal bid documents, installation coordination & punch list.
